Our chocolate bars are hand crafted in small batches. In fact, Bar Smith (his preferred title!) Dan Hankle hand sorts the beans for size and quality to keep roasting consistent.
Even with such hand-care, roasting and conching times will vary with each batch, producing different flavor profiles.
